Since the good old age of 12, I have been working at our family restaurant located in Delton, MI. From starting as a dishwasher, to eventually moving to prep man, then to side-cook, and now cook and waiter! It has certainly been a journey, there are some days it's so busy you have to go nonstop for the whole shift, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.
Someday I plan on taking over from my Grandpa and Dad and keeping the family business going strong!
